Service offerings may vary based on the agreement and any additional requirements of the client.
We are committed to safeguarding your confidentiality and protecting your personal and business information. All client data provided to Prime Partners Global LLC-FZ will be handled in compliance with applicable laws and internal privacy policies.
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent, and will take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
While we make every effort to provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality services, Prime Partners Global LLC-FZ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Clients acknowledge that we are not responsible for any actions or consequences resulting from reliance on our advice or services, including any financial or business outcomes.
All content, materials, tools, intellectual property, and proprietary information provided as part of our services, including deliverables, reports, presentations, or documentation, remain the intellectual property of Prime Partners Global LLC-FZ.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for the purposes outlined in their agreement. The client may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content without prior written consent from the Company.
All fees for services provided by Prime Partners Global are set out in the client agreement. Payments are due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as outlined in the agreement, including interest and administrative fees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment terms are not met. Clients are responsible for all fees, including any applicable taxes, arising from the provision of our services.
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as specified in the individual agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or fails to meet payment obligations. Upon termination, any outstanding balances must be paid immediately, and any intellectual property or deliverables provided shall remain the property of Prime Partners Global LLC-FZ until full payment is made.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation or mediation before resorting to legal action.
Prime Partners Global LLC-FZ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Prime Partners Global LLC-FZ shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or technological failures.
